The Incredible Machine 2
DOS - 1994
Description of The Incredible Machine 2
The second game of the Incredible Machine franchise, the game asks the player to create "Rube Goldberg" devices, ie use several different objects to perform a fairly simple task, like putting a ball into a box.
The objects available ranges from simple sticks and ropes to electric generators and even living animals!
One can say this series is the precursor to all the puzzle solving video games existing today.

This is quite literally the best DOS Rom I've ever played.

For MAC, get the newest DOS and WINDOWS emulators out there, they are freeware and dont take much ram. And running these games in there is easy. Hell man.. you even got dos emulators for android and ios

Why not just use dosbox intern image disc mount functionality with prompt command line: "imgmount e tim2.bin -t iso" for e as cd-drive for example . Then Install game from e to an indivudal game folder with command "install". In this folder just create a batch file (e.g. runme.bat) with three lines to run game:
imgmount e tim2.bin -t iso
call tim2.exe
mount -u e

Greetings,
I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me get this game up and running. I downloaded virtual clone drive to mount the iso image, and then I am running it DOS BOX, but it has no sound and no mouse control. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong? Thanks

It is really nice and interesting game. Fot for me he loses his charm fast, when you will find that the game physics is broken, sometimes.

Loggie, you may have a brain injury or a brain issue in all seriousness. You may want to look into this, if you can afford to in your country.

Possibly the best non-adventure game Sierra ever made. I wasted hours on this game when I was in college, and actually got kicked out of the computer lab for playing it during class.
