alright motherasshole how in the hell did yall get this damn thing working. its telling me that the sm3dvd drive doesnt have enough space so i cant copy the game in the "crack" folder to the data folder

dont run the setup.exe, you're supposed run the sm3 file located in "setup" folder
so look for a folder with name setup,
go there
then look for SM3
run sm3, that will install it

For those who are getting confused about step 2 on @Solver's tutorial: You need to mount the game (insert a non-existent cd on a drive) if you are using the first method, you need to install mounting apps like WinCDEmu or Virtual CloneDrive.

1. Download the WinRar Archive of the game and extract it to a folder.

so i had the same problem as aera so i am here to \make it work click crack folder and copy the file and go to the folder in the setup it asked you there is a game file there too paste and replace and click and boom it will work :]

So, I've tried installing this twice now and I've run into the same roadblock both times. I run setup, install everything with my other abandonware titles, and attempt to launch from there. So far so good. The little launcher comes up (with Play, Extras, etc) and I hit play only for... nothing to happen. It refuses to launch. I then go into the files for the game and attempt to run both exes (one titled Game.exe and the other Spider-Man 3.exe) as an admin and still nothing. Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
